Its a project of building skills for young girls and women in the villages and slums of India. There are challenges for adult girls and women to engage in activities which can help them financially. Tailoring is one such skill that enhances their confidence level and ensure steady income that not only helps them but their whole family. CWF is continually upgrading and managing 10 Sewing and Stitching vocational centers at Loha Ka Pul,  Batao Kuan,  Khara Kuan of Patna district; Jana, Asthawan, Roh, Jogachak and Pakri Barawan in Nawada district of Bihar and Baghadih in Giridih district of Jharkhand.  Each year, these centers trains a minimum of 300 young girls and women.
